Great Weekend

Well I guess I’d better make a second post!

Well on Saturday the mighty Tigers got back to winning ways with a 2-0 win over Leicester.  So one game from the half way point of the season and we have 30 points and are mid-table, which is a lot better than the same stage last season!  You never know we might even be in with a chance of a play-off place!

On Sunday Elaina and I set off for Ben More near Crianlarich with the promise of a possible cloud inversion from Geoff Monk of the Mountain Weather Information Service.  It didn’t look too promising on the way up but on the descent to the saddle below Stob Binnein we had some amazing views of clouds rolling down the mountain and views to the west including this one:

Cloud inversion from Ben More

Still trying to get the hang of inserting photos so hope this works…

  1. Cracking photie.

Glad youse caught the weather. A view like that is worth the six months of driech viewless trudges up Ben Lomond.

It sure is! I’d better acknowledge that said cracking photie is courtesy of Elaina!
